Tequila Clase Azul Ultra Extra Anejo 70cl is special because it’s produced in small batches of perfection in a bottle. Only 100 bottles of Clase Azul Ultra Extra Añejo are produced at a time. Produced in Oloroso sherry casks, this tequila features a bold and decadent flavour with a spicy finish.

This premium tequila combines the highest quality tequila, history and art. The water used comes from a deep well and has been filtered in five stages and the agaves come from Los Altos de Jalisco. They are organic and have matured for at least 9 years. The hearts of the plant are simmered in traditional ovens for 72 hours and the yeasts used for fermentation are specific to the Blue Class, following a secret formula. This tequila is dark amber in colour, extremely seedy, with a generous body and intense aromas. The rich, sweet aroma of this tequila has warm notes of maple syrup, hazelnut, and cherry topped off with a hint of sherry.

Strong notes of sweet, delicate oak come through in the flavour of this potent luxury tequila along with crème caramel, and cinnamon.
